– We are currently located in Tamaki Makaurau, Aotearoa. Whilst our mindset and essence can be achieved worldwide.
– Grave Runners isn’t just physical, it’s a mindset.
– We don’t like to place many rules around our events. If you want to run more, or less, or as far away from us as possible. It’s up to you. Keep in mind, our focus is on social connection through running.
– Being a part of GR means growing, supporting or guiding our crew with their needs and assisting where we can. Inside and outside of running.
– It’s an exciting and euphoric feeling running in unison. We keep it cool, calm, and collected.
– No one gets left behind, as a unit it’s all of our responsibility to get from A to B together.
– Keeping our crew safe is paramount. In the dawn and dusk especially in winter (but not limited to). Running in groups is a great way to build safety in numbers.
– Well-being is in continual shift.
– Running is not therapy.
